I have been writing over on my other blog – The Perfect Romance Experiment - about how I really want to get married. Yesterday I wrote about whether woman should be the one to propose – Love, Marriage, Weddings and Who Should Propose?! and today I have a fabulous guest post from someone who is writing about marriage for a very different reason!
She has been married for over 30 years and is talking about how to make it last once your kids have left home and it feels like you have lost your identities. It is a great read and I know she would welcome any feedback so if you get a chance then here is the link – What Happens 30 Years After The Wedding?
While I am doing some serious blog pimping I also wanted to ask anyone who has enjoyed reading my blog over the last eight months whether they would take a moment to nominate me for a BritMums Brilliance in Blogging award.
I won’t keep posting about it on Twitter as I know it’s annoying so this will be the last time I ask but if you would like to nominate me then you can do so by clicking on the badge below and entering a link to one of my posts in the Fresh Voices category. Maybe it’s cheeky to ask but if you don’t ask then you don’t get!
I also want to say thank you to everyone who has read / commented on my blog since I started it last May. It honestly means so much to me so THANK YOU!
