We had such a busy few days a couple of weeks ago.
We travelled up to Alton Towers to test out the kids Konfidence swimwear on the Thursday and Friday and then the day after we got back we headed up to Bristol for an Outlaw craft fair before travelling up to Cardiff on the Sunday for Disney on Ice.
I have a few posts coming up about our time at Alton Towers and thoughts on Disney on Ice but today I am going to focus on the Outlaw Craft Fair.
I’d never heard of Outlaw craft fairs before but I love anything crafty so was excited to check it out. Cherry and I went on our own in the end as the boys were tired after Alton Towers, and neither of them are that into crafting 😉
We met Adele from Circus Queen there so Cherry enjoyed running around with Talitha.
The event was held at The Passenger Shed in Bristol which was a really large venue. They had a kid’s crafting area, a musician, a large seating area, some food stalls, lots of workshops being taught throughout the day and then all the stalls where lots of talented crafty people where selling the things they had made.
We had a really good time and I made quite a few purchases. I bought some of these bottles, and spent about ten minutes deciding which ones to go for, I felt under pressure as the man was was waiting with a bag!
I also discovered these knitted lampshades which I fell in love with…
They are made by Lauren Aston Designs and I want one for every room in my house! They are custom made so you can choose the colours and she also makes blankets / cushions etc. She was really lovely too.
It was the best craft fair I’ve been to and I will definitely be going to the next one.
Here is a little video I made of our weekend, half of the craft fair and half of Disney on ice 🙂

I was sent a free ticket to attend, all opinions are my own.
