Belle and Boo is a British lifestyle brand selling a huge range of products, from clothes, books and homeware to craft materials, party supplies and bath products. There are a few little characters which appear throughout the range but the main one is a little girl (Belle) and her bunny friend (Boo).
I was recently asked to review a few things and having already owned the Belle and Boo craft book I wanted to see what the S is for Sewing book was like. It’s full of lovely projects (over 25) to make for your children and really is such a lovely book.
I made some of the items from the bakery page and found the instructions really easy to follow, I went for a fairly simple project to start with as my sewing skills are still fairly basic but I definitely want to attempt some of the others soon. The lovely ladies from Little Button Diaries made the pull along duck which looks amazing.
I made the gingerbread bunnies, jam biscuits and carrots which look so sweet and make a great addition to a play picnic.
The book comes with all the templates you need as well as instructions on how to do the different types of stitches so it comes with everything you need to complete the project. I love the look of the hobby horse, felt forest and treasure island map so they are all next on the list. The rag doll is really cute, and the play tent looks super fun too.
I also chose a Christmas sticker fun book for Cherry which she has enjoyed completing, it’s full of little games and activities. Also the little doilies and pegs which I will make something with soon. Oh and the gorgeous fabric which I will use in one of the sewing projects.
If you love Belle and Boo then they have a Christmas craft pack available to download for £4.25, it comes with 19 pages of festive activities and you can find lots of lovely things for Christmas presents over on their website.
Thanks to Belle and Boo for sending me these lovely things.
