Walking Through The Field Of Dreams

by Jessica Amey

Last weekend we discovered that there is somewhere called the ‘field of dreams’ not too far away from where we live.

It’s a huge field of wild flowers and although I don’t tend to have flowers in my house very often (due to the fact they wilt and die leaving petals everywhere) they are one of my favourite things so I couldn’t to see this place.

And the field of dreams didn’t disappoint, in fact it is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever been to in my life. The photos don’t do it justice because you can’t see just how many different types of flowers there are.

The kids absolutely loved it and held hands the entire way round, they kept stopping to smell the flowers along the way.

There are quite a lot of photos below, I’m saving a few for the next Siblings project though because at the start of the year I said I wanted to get a photo of my two walking along holding hands and this weekend I got the shot I imagined, well about fifty shots but it really was such a special moment. To see them being so lovely together brought a tear to my eye, especially as it took us a long time to reach this point.

I absolutely love the ones of Cherry and Tiger holding hands, they might be some of my favourite photos of the kids which is why I would love to get them printed onto a phone case.  Fancy A Snuggle have a ‘create my phone case’ option which allows you to upload your favourite photo onto a case for a range of different phones. If you pick a photo that makes you smile and look at your phone as much as I do then it can be a real happiness boost, something much needed when it hits 4pm and both the kids are screaming!
