I’ve mentioned before that we don’t own our home and it’s probably a good thing because if we did I would always be getting bored and thinking of new ways to change it. A conservatory is something I’ve always wanted so that would definitely be on the list, just the phrase ‘renovation project’ sounds so exciting that I wouldn’t be able to stop myself!
Extensions can be a great way of adding extra room to your house and then there are the cosmetic renovations like upgrading your kitchen or bathroom, the added bonus to doing any work to your house is that you are also increasing the value of it so if you do eventually want to sell it then it would have all been worth it.
There are a number of options when it comes to the projects ranging from landscaping your garden to knocking walls down but it looks like the one that adds the most value is having an extension. I guess because you can actually add entire rooms by doing so.
