October’s Picks From The Kid Who

by Jessica Amey

I’m back with some more of my top picks from The Kid Who. You can see my previous posts here and here. It’s so much fun trying to find things on the website as there is so much great stuff on there.

This month instead of picking smaller things I wanted to go for one big thing so chose this Block peg board. I absolutely love the colour of it and it’s perfect for hanging all kinds of crafty things on. Odd bits of crochet, tape, hair bands etc. It comes with some large and small pegs as well as the fittings to put it on the wall but waiting for Mr C to do that means it will no doubt be propped up like this forever. I really need to learn how to use a drill properly!

I went for the large board which is a really good size (61 x 41 cm) but it also comes in a smaller size (43 x 30 cm) as well as a range of other colours.

As well as the peg board I also chose this book of iron-on decals. I haven’t actually had a chance to try them out yet but it looks like so much fun so will be doing that soon then sharing with you what we’ve made. You can add them to t-shirts or most kinds of cotton based fabric. I don’t usually do any ironing, in fact the only things it gets used for at the moment is Hama Beads so it will be nice to get it out for a different occasion 😉

If you want some Christmas present inspiration then I would definitely suggest taking a look at their wonderful website 🙂

This post is part of my six month collaboration with The Kid Who, no payment was received but I was sent the products free of charge.
